Braeden's passion for food, fitness, and people led him to pursue a career in dietetics with a focus on preventative nutrition. He has designed and taught Parkinson's nutrition courses, educated firefighters in Akron, and hosted exercise nutrition seminars. Post-college, he dedicates himself to virtual nutrition counseling for clients with diverse goals..
He enjoys the simple things such as cooking for anyone and everyone he can, brewing his coffee every morning, spending quality time with friends and family, and making people smile :)

Braeden takes a holistic approach to nutrition, emphasizing not only food quality but also factors like sleep, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness in his consultations. His clients appreciate his positive outlook and ability to build strong, supportive relationships throughout their wellness journey.
Braeden received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Kent State University in 2020 and completed his dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays based in Boston, MA.
To match his energetic personality, Braeden is a certified CrossFit coach. Braeden is a Monash University certified low FODMAP diet specialist helping clients find relief from IBS and SIBO through nutrition therapy.
